Our Ontario office is in Markham, so installs, hardware swaps and staff training across Toronto, Markham, Mississauga, Scarborough and Richmond Hill are handled by a crew that can physically be at your counter.
POS KING supplies and installs POS systems, self-order kiosks and service robots for restaurants and retailers across the Greater Toronto Area from its Markham, Ontario office. Installation, staff training and ongoing support are delivered on site by local staff in English, Chinese, Japanese and Hindi.
Restaurants, bubble tea and dessert shops, grocery and specialty retail, hospitality and entertainment venues make up most of our Ontario deployments. Many are multilingual operations where staff, customers and owners do not share one first language — which is why our screens, tickets and support all run in four.
Remote support fixes most issues, but not a dead terminal at 6pm on a Friday. Being based in Markham means a hardware swap or an urgent on-site visit is a drive, not a shipping timeline. Support hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00, with arrangements for urgent service outside those hours.
